When forming the structure of sown areas, the company's agronomists consider a number of factors: market conditions, agrochemical indicators of soils, threats of their depletion, etc. For effective management, the production structure is divided into four land clusters, formed on the territorial principle of location of leased land.

Our goal is to unite all clusters into a common integrated system, to introduce uniform technologies for growing crop products, to centralize the provision of mechanization, fertilizers, plant protection products and seeds.
IGT Agro is actively developing the direction of storage of grain and oilseeds. The company uses its grain storage facilities. Currently, 8 elevators are in operation, including new ones put into operation in 2020. Elevator complexes are certified in accordance with technical regulations, have certified laboratories and the right to export grain.

IGT Agro represent more than 5 thousand hectares of high-quality land in Bulgarian and Romania, with all the infrastructure for crop production, more than 1 million tons of elevator capacity, a modern agrochemical laboratory for soil analysis and a certified seed plant. Crop production is one of the priority areas of IGT Agro. The company operates in 7 elevators and 2 Bulk Terminals.
